About Me

Hello! I am John Ray Manzano, an Electronics Engineering graduate with a background in CCTV and alarm installation, monitoring, and company service operations. I've since moved toward the operations and collections side of the business — especially operations, service, helpdesk and support.

I run the systems that keep field service operations billable and collectible: Oracle NetSuite for account and billing records, and Fieldroutes for ticketing, dispatch, and work order routing. I'm comfortable owning accounts receivable follow-up and collections work as long as there's a clear standard operating procedure to work from — consistent, compliant execution is what I bring to a team.

My communication skills and adaptability help me thrive in collaborative environments, and I enjoy learning from the people I work with.
